Black Falcon is a German racing team based in Meuspath.

History

Black Falcon GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2006 and entered endurance racing.[1]

The team has been competing in the VLN Endurance Championship since its foundation. Among the greatest successes in this racing series were the overall victory in 2008 and 2009 with a BMW 325i based and in 2011 with a BMW Z4 (E89) GT3.[1][2]

24H Series

In the 24H Series the team has been competing regularly in the 24 Hours of Dubai since 2006 and has won the race four times: in 2012, 2013 and 2015, the team entered a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG GT3 and in the 2018 race a Mercedes-AMG GT3.[1]

Blancpain GT Series

Since 2013, Black Falcon has competed in the endurance and sprint championships of the Blancpain GT Series and the GT World Challenge Europe. In the Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup, the team achieved its best result in this racing series in 2018 by winning the team classification.[3] In the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup, Black Falcon finished third in the team standings in 2019.[4]
