Bila Capital Ltd. trading as Bila Capital is a non-banking financial institution focused on industrialising the African Great Lakes region. it was founded by Dieudonne Bila.
History
Bila Capital was founded in January 2025, in the auspices of Dieudonne Bila dropping out of the University of Leeds in order to pursue strategic litigation against Glencore. Through the Congo Legal Justice Project and Cities Development Corporation (a community development corporation), the NBFI aims to first industrialise the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is also a major real estate investor across grey field sites across the Northern England.
