- Comment: Please see WP:NGEO, all sources here really just prove that it exists, we need to see some sources which shows us why it matters. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 04:35, 22 December 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Fails WP:GNG, requires significant coverage in multiple reliable independent secondary sources. Not the 'common knowledge' of Kitsap County Scandian. Dan arndt (talk) 04:38, 20 December 2024 (UTC)

Big Scandia River is a small river which flows from the village of Scandia, Washington, and feeds agricultural farms along its banks in the village. There is multiple small falls and rapids along the river, mainly along Cox Avenue due to the straight path which the river can flow through. One of its deepest pools is located on Cox Road due to stagnant water caused by an immediate bend in the flow. It has multiple tributaries on its western banks, near the boundaries of Bangor, Washington. It's sister river is the Little Scandia River. The banks of the Big Scandia are heavily forested, and beaches are completely covered by lush vegetation and water at high tides.
