Azovlag, also Azovsky ITL (Russian: Азовлаг, Азовский ИТЛ) was a Gulag labor camp that was operational from 14 May 1953 to 15 June 1953, located in Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR.[1]

The main objective of the camp was construction of air defense systems for Moscow and other central regions of the country in case of nuclear attack. Other projects included mining uranium ore, sand, and stone; construction of roads and buildings; and factory maintenance. Azovlag housed 3,590 prisoners during its month of operation.[2]
