Arindam Ganguly (Gangopadhyay) (Bengali: অরিন্দম গাঙ্গুলি; born 8 September 1961) is a Bengali actor, Singer,[1] Film director, writer and Playwright. He is best known for playing the title role of Ajit ganguly's Hangsaraj in Colors Bangla mega serial Sadhak Bamakhyapa.[2][3][4]
Personal life
[edit]Ganguly is the elder son of the late Gokul Chand Ganguly and Anuva Ganguly. He has two younger sisters.[5]
He attended South Suburban Main School in Bhowanipore and graduated with a degree in commerce from Heramba Chandra College under University of Calcutta.[6] Arindam is married to Kheyali Dastidar Ganguly,[7] who is a Bengali actress. They have a young son, Aditya Sengupta, who entered the entertainment industry in 2019.[8]
