Anthony T. DiPietro (born 1969) is an American trial lawyer and the founder of The DiPietro Law Firm, which focuses on medical malpractice and sexual abuse cases.

Early life and education

DiPietro was born in 1969. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in 1992 and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1998. He was licensed to practice law in 1999.[1]

Career

DiPietro began his legal career at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore, specializing in medical malpractice. DiPietro has represented clients in individual and class action lawsuits. In 2000, he represented a plaintiff in a case where a pharmacy was held liable for an infant's injuries caused by ingesting prescription steroid medication, marking one of the early rulings of its kind in New York State.[1] His cases have been featured in media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal[2], The New York Times[3], CNN[4], CBS[5], the Associated Press, the New York Daily News, and the New York Post.[1][6]

In 2003, DiPietro established The DiPietro Law Firm, with offices in New York City, Philadelphia, and Salt Lake City. The firm represents clients in a range of cases, including those involving medical malpractice, birth trauma, wrongful death, and sexual abuse. DiPietro has obtained verdicts and settlements in New York State for cases involving sexual assault, birth injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, brain injury, and other injuries resulting from negligence.[7][8]

DiPietro is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Additionally, he is involved with the Justice at Stake Campaign, a nonprofit organization focused on maintaining fair and impartial courts.[1]
