Ansley Gordon (born January, 7th 1992) is an American actress and writer. She is known for her work in TV romantic comedies including Fixing Up Christmas[1] and A Bridesmaid in Love,[2] which premiered on Up TV[3][4] and Love for Starters,[5] Love on the Reef, and The Single's Guidebook,[6] which were all produced by Reel One Entertainment.
Early Life
[edit]Gordon was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Gordon is the eldest of four siblings and she attended The University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science.[7]
Career
[edit]Gordon began her career working in local and regional theatre and starred in a number of commercials and indie productions across the Southeast before relocating to Los Angeles. [7] She guest starred on the CW's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend as Erick Lopez's character, Hector's, short-lived romance - Angie. On Pamela Adlon's show for FX Better Things as a young aspiring actress.
In 2020 she sold her first script, A Bridesmaid in Love, to Reel One Entertainment. It was produced by Champlain Media and stars Tori Anderson of NCIS: Hawaiʻi. It premiered on Up TV in the spring of 2022.[8] In 2022, she appeared in a leading roles in the films, Lean Into Love and Baked With a Kiss.[9]
In 2023, she appeared in The Abigail Broukes Mysteries, and was a writer, actor, and executive producer of A Christmas Frequency.[10]
Personal Life
[edit]Gordon married Perks of Being A Wallflower actor Brian Balzerini, in March of 2018.[11]
