Anna Frey (born November 5, 2007) is an American professional tennis player.

Early life

Frey was born in Farmington, Utah, to Tanner and Jennie Frey. Her brother, Charles, is also a tennis player.[1] She began playing tennis at the age of seven.[1] She attended Farmington High School.[2][3]

Junior career

In March 2023, she made her ITF Junior debut at the J60 event in Las Vegas, where she reached the third round.

In March 2024, she received a wildcard into the J300 FILA International Junior Championship in San Diego, but lost in the first round to Nadia Lagaev.

Professional career

In June 2023, she qualifying for her first professional tournament at the $25k Cheyenne Mountain Resort Women's Pro Tennis Classic in Colorado Springs, where she reached the second round.

In March 2024, she reached the semifinals of the $15k event in Brossard as a qualifier.

In July 2024, she qualified for The Women's Hospital Classic, but lost in the first round to Sahaja Yamalapalli.[4] The following month, she received a wildcard into the qualifying competition of Tennis in the Land. She upset Tamara Korpatsch in the first round of qualifying.

Personal life

In 2024, Frey went viral on TikTok due to her resemblance to NFL player Brock Purdy.[5][6]
