Career

[edit]In 2016, Crebar co-founded Sapling HR, a human resources platform specializing in employee onboarding and management solutions for distributed teams, including clients such as Warby Parker, Figma, InVision, KPMG, and DoorDash.[1]
In 2020, Kallidus, a leading provider of human capital management software, acquired Sapling to enhance its HR solutions by integrating Sapling’s advanced onboarding capabilities. This acquisition extended the reach of both companies within the HR tech space.[2][3][4]
HoneyBricks
[edit]In 2022, Crebar co-founded HoneyBricks, a platform that increased access to alternative investments by offering fractional ownership to investors.[5][6]
HoneyBricks used blockchain to create fractional ownership in real estate, allowing investors to buy smaller shares of properties.[7][8]
In 2024, EquityMultiple, a larger real estate investment firm, acquired HoneyBricks.[9][10]
Devsinc
[edit]In 2024, Crebar joined Devsinc as Chief Business Officer (CBO), where he led the company’s global expansion efforts.[11][12]
His leadership in this role aims to build a high-performing, globally distributed team, aligning with Devsinc’s objectives of scaling its software solutions to a broader market.
