Altes Gymnasium is a school located in Bremen (Germany) and was founded in 1528. This makes it the oldest school in Bremen.
Locations of the school
[edit]Dechanatstraße
[edit]The school was located at Dechanatstraße 13/15 in the old town from 1875 to 1987. Since then, this building has been the main building of the music department of the University of the Arts. [1]
Kleine Helle 7-8
[edit]Since 1987, the school has been located on the site of the former Gymnasium on Kleine Helle. Since 2006, following the move of the Univerity of the Arts to Überseestadt, the school has also been using the building at An Wandrahm 23, where, among other things, a canteen for students has been built. The school is now an all-day Gymnasium. [2]
