Alonzo Hensley Gentry was an architect in Kansas City.[1] He was involved in partnerships. Several buildings he designed are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
He was born in Independence, Missouri. He received an engineering degree from Virginia Military Institute in 1908 and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Columbia University in 1916. He worked for a few years in New York City before moving to Kansas City where he was involved in a series of partnerships.[2]
The State Historical Society of Missouri was given his papers.[2]
