The Algerian Business School (ESAA) is a business school established in 2004 as a result of Algerian-French cooperation. It is supported by a French academic consortium in the field of management, including KEDGE Business School, IAE Lyon, Audencia, and the University of Lille. It also benefits from institutional partnerships with the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Algeria), the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Algeria), the Ministry of Commerce (Algeria), the French Embassy, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Marseille-Provence. ESAA is a member of the EFMD and the AUF.

Structure

Courses are taught by instructors (professors) from the consortium institutions. The school is located in the commune of Mohammadia on the road to Bordj El Kiffan in Algiers. ESAA, a member of the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development), joins the most prestigious programs worldwide in its quest for quality methods.

Programs

ESAA offers four types of programs:

  • Executive MBA: This 18-month program is designed for executives and business leaders with at least 10 years of managerial experience. Classes are held for 3 days every 3 weeks.
  • MBA: This 18-month program is intended for executives with at least 4 years of managerial experience. Classes are held for 3 days every 3 weeks.
  • Bachelor's in Management: This 3-year program culminates in a double degree, an Algerian state license, and a French state license from the University of Lille.
  • Master's in Management: This 2-year program also culminates in a double degree, an Algerian state master's degree, and a French state master's degree from the University of Lille. Students can choose from four specializations: finance, accounting and auditing, management, and marketing. The program includes 1,000 hours of study, 30 hours per week over 5 days.
  • Continuing education: ESAA offers customized training programs in management for senior executives and business leaders, lasting from 3 to 45 days for each field.
