Alelee Aguilar (born February 29, 1976) is a Filipino businesswoman, entrepreneur, and active benefactor to programs in the arts.[1] and projects for the youth, women, LGBT, and senior citizens.[2][3] She currently serves as the Vice President of VAA Builders and is the founder of Luxuri Manila[4]. She is daughter of former Las Piñas Mayor Vergel Aguilar[5] and Mayor Imelda Aguilar. She is the wife of journalist and former Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar.
She is sister to Las Piñas City Vice Mayor April Aguilar[6], dermatologist Aivee Aguilar-Teo[7], and cock fighter Budjit Aguilar[8]. She has two children, Alexa and Vince.
Early life and education
[edit]Alelee Aguilar attended PAREF Woodrose School. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from De La Salle University. In 2012, she passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination from the Professional Regulation Commission. In 2023, she attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, where she received a certificate for Digital Marketing.
Personal Life
[edit]In 2011, Alelee Aguilar was one of the recognized awardees as Best Dressed Woman[9] for the Philippine Cancer Society. She has remained committed to her advocacy in promoting the arts.[10][11] In 2023, she founded Siargao Artiste in Residence, which is an art residency initiative in Siargao that invites foreign artists to the island[12]
