The Africa International Housing Show (AIHS)[1] is an annual housing and construction industry event held in Abuja, Nigeria. Established to address issues within the housing sector across Africa, the event serves as a platform for stakeholders in real estate, construction, mortgage banking, and housing policy to converge and engage in discussions, exhibitions, and business opportunities.

The Africa International Housing Show was founded 18 years ago[2] by Festus Adebayo, to create a centralized platform for addressing housing challenges in Africa. Since its inception, the event has become one of the largest gatherings of housing and construction professionals in Africa.
