Adil Husain (born 1979) is the Founder and Managing Director of Emerging Strategy.
Education
[edit]He graduated from Karachi Grammar School in 1997 and Middlebury College in 2001.
Career
[edit]In 2006, Husain founded Emerging Strategy's first office in Shanghai, driven by the idea that companies with global operations needed credible market intelligence in emerging Asian markets. His leadership led to the opening of Emerging Strategy's Singapore office, further expanding its presence among multinational headquarters in the region. Today, he oversees the firm's U.S. client base for cross-border expansion and domestic growth.
Husain is actively involved in mentorship and business leadership. He serves as a mentor for XNode, a leading platform for startups, and is the Chairman of the Board of OPEN DC, a premier network for business leaders. For the past 16 years, he has been a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), where he has directed the Education Industry Group for the last decade.
