Only RPGamer and RPGFan reviews are reliable, the others are either unknown or unreliable, the OpenCritic recommendation rating is wrong, its 100, not 91, plus this all should be put under Template:Video game reviews. == Overview == 8-Bit Adventures 2[1] is a 2023 role-playing video game developed by Australian game studio Critical Games[2]

It is the sequel to the 2015 game 8-Bit Adventures 1: The Forgotten Journey Remastered Edition.[3] The game is inspired by classic Japanese role-playing games from the 1990s, featuring turn-based combat, 8-bit-style visuals, and a character-driven narrative. It was released for PC on Steam.[4] and GOG[5] on the 31st of January 2023, after spending 7 years in production.

The ports for Xbox One[6], Xbox Series X|S[6], PlayStation 4[7], PlayStation 5[7] and Nintendo Switch[8] are scheduled for release on the 16th of October 2024.
