The 2028 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament is the upcoming 68-team single-elimination tournament to determine the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I college basketball national champion for the 2027-28 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The 46th edition of the tournament will begin on March 15, 2028, and will conclude with the championship game on April 2, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
