Montana CI-128, the Montana Right to Abortion Initiative is a citizen-initiated constitutional amendment, that will appear on the ballot on November 5, 2024, alongside 2 other proposed citizen-initiated constitutional amendments, as well as federal and state elections in Montana. Montana is currently one of 10 states, where the right to an abortion will appear, as a ballot measure, during the November 2024 election.
