The Honduran Liga de Acenso Apertura 2024-25 season is the 77th Liga de Ascenso de Honduras edition since its establishment in 1980. The tournament started on 8 August 2024 and is scheduled to end in May 2025. The season is divided into two halves (Apertura and Clausura), each crowning one champion. At the end of the season, Both Champions Play a playoff round for promotion to the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Honduras
A total of 35 teams will contest the tournament.
