Local elections were held in the Province of Pangasinan on May 9, 2022 as part of the 2022 general election. Voters selected candidates for all local positions: a town mayor, vice mayor and town councilors, as well as members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the vice-governor, governor and representatives for the six districts of Pangasinan.

Ramon "Mon-Mon" Guico III ran for election seeking to unseat incumbent Pangasinan governor Amado I. Espino III after getting re-elected into his second term against Arthur Celeste in the 2019 Pangasinan gubernatorial elections. Amado I. Espino III ran for his 3rd and last term as Provincial Governor of Pangasinan. Guico, the fifth district Pangasinan representative, garnered 888,027 votes, defeating Gov. Amado Espino III by a margin of 188,586 votes.[1]

Vice Gubernatorial election

Mark Ronald Lambino ran for election seeking to be re-elected as Vice Governor of Pangasinan. Nestor Reyes ran for election seeking to unseat Mark Ronald Lambino from his seat as Vice Governor of Pangasinan. After the votes were counted, Lambino got 877,948 votes, beating Provincial Board Member Nikiboy Reyes by a margin of 327, 221 votes.[1]
