Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Goofy joins the Macy's Parade to celebrate his 60th birthday.
The "Western Village" float joins the parade
The Pinheads from The Balloonatiks comic series become the second antagonists to join the parade, the first being The Big Bad Wolf.
Garfield comes back to the parade after a 2-year hiatus to prepare for his 15th birthday in 1993.
Pink Panther returned to the lineup for his 5th year to promote the movie Son of the Pink Panther, which was released in 1993.
Happy Dragon is retired after 1992 after 23 years of being in the parade.
The Summer Music Games All-Star Drum & Bugle Corps joins the parade.

Toronto Santa Claus Parade

A new Mother Goose float joins the parade.
Canada's Wonderland joins the parade again, in a new float titled "King Midas".
The "Special Delivery" float joins the parade
