Denis Godwin Antoine is a Grenadian diplomat.

On May 22, 1996, he was appointed Ambassador to Washington, D.C., where he was accredited on July 7, 1996. He was concurrently accredited as Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS) and to Panama City and Mexico City.

On August 13, 2013, he was appointed Permanent Representative of Grenada to the United Nations in New York City, where he was accredited on September 13, 2013. On January 8, 2016, he was appointed Ambassador to Beijing, where he was accredited on May 17, 2016.[1]
