Cosmetique Asia Corporation (CAC) was founded by Alexander S. Co on September 7, 2001, with the introduction of the company's first product, Silka papaya soap.[4][5] In 2004, the company launched Juicy cologne, marking its first foray into the fragrance industry.[6]

In 2014, the company expanded its product portfolio by entering the rubbing alcohol and baby products market, with the acquisition of Biogenic and Bambini from the now-defunct The Rogemson Company Inc.[7][8] In 2018, CAC acquired Candyline Food Manufacturing Corporation, which produced confectionery products including Choco Mani.[3][9]

On October 5, 2020, Cosmetique Asia Corporation unveiled a new logo, and making it a leading fast-moving consumer goods company in the Philippines.[10]
