The Communist Party People Net,[3] was a Chinese left-wing[4] website created by a group of Chinese believers in communism.[5] In February 2006, the website was suspended.[6]
Communist Party People Net[7] claimed to truly represent the workers, peasants, soldiers, and communist ideology.[8] The site propagated Mao Zedong Thought.[9]
Shut down
[edit]In February 2006, Communist Party People Net was shut down by the Chinese government,[10] possibly related to the site's publication of articles critical of Zheng Bijian.[11] Another view was that this site violated Chinese government regulations and was not qualified for journalism.[12]
