Colin Raymond Griffin (born 8 January 1956) is an English retired professional footballer who made over 400 appearances as a central defender in the Football League for Shrewsbury Town.[1] He made over 500 appearances in all competitions for the club.[3] Griffin later coached at Gay Meadow and was inducted into the club's Hall of Fame in 2012.[3]

After quitting football, Griffin worked as a postman.[3]
