The Citroën Basalt is a coupe SUV developed for emerging markets such as India and South America.[1] It will go into production in the second half of 2024.

The design was previewed by the "Basalt Vision" concept car, presented in March 2024.[2] The production model was unveiled on 2 August 2024,[3] with teaser images being published in July.[4]
