Useless page
[edit]It appears that all users listed in the page are such cases that add all sorts of categories or userboxes to their pages. That is, not real users (these *could* exist in theory). Given that in North Korea, it is subject to punishment to communicate with Wikipedia, this category is essentially useless, and should be removed. --88.192.35.96 (talk) 21:19, 17 April 2010 (UTC)
