Is it possible for someone to make here a sub-category of Wikipedians in London, or somehow relate this page to the existing Category:Wikipedians in London?

I would like to add myself to this list, but was not sure how you do this. Presumably, if I were to go to my userpage, and simply type:
[[Category: Wikipedians in England/subst{{ACEO 11:16, 16 September 2006 (UTC)}]]
I would automatically have my name added. I have tried this, but to no avail, so can some one please explain how I have slipped up? And when one does this, should one type one's username long-hand, or can one simply type four tildes? ACEO 11:16, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
