Positioning v Country subdivision name disambiguation pages‎

I wonder if this category belongs to Category:Country subdivision name disambiguation pages‎. Townships are country subdivisions, and the overwhelming majority of the townships listed here are located in the US, but there's always the odd exception (eg Ontario).
