[edit]Let the reviewing admin note the last occurrence of this category was removed on 14:45, 23 April 2019, meaning it will be eligible for speedy deletion on 14:45, 1 May 2019 (I'm unfamiliar with category deletion procedures, but I'd guess the 7 day rules is mostly used from the date of nomination. After all, is there any other way to determine how long a category has been empty?)
@BrownHairedGirl: As the creator of this category, do you have any objections to this deletion? I agree with this deletion because I don't currently see any pages that would specifically benefit from this category; general talk page templates are already covered by Category:Talk namespace templates. I think categories for each more specific talk namespace are probably unnecessary unless there's a set of templates exclusive to that talk namespace.
I'll also note I've recently created Category:Article talk namespace templates, which I do see reason to retain, since article talk and has its own specific set of templates that aren't header templates and don't apply to any other namespaces. - @E to the Pi times i: I created the category only to fill a redlink at Special:WantedCategories. (see my contribs for that day[1])

- @BrownHairedGirl: On second examination, I noticed the existence of Category:Template talk header templates incidentally through searching, so I've removed the speedy deletion notice so this category can be kept as a convienient container category for the indefinite future (the templates in that category may have potential to be merged into other more general templates, but that is beyond the scope of this discussion).
