Category scope

This category was recently broadened to include not just heraldic symbols related to Texas and its subjurisdictions, but also elements from List of Texas symbols and even a few more not listed there. As far as I know, this is well aligned with other members of Category:United States symbols by state and should be retained, so long as the general consensus is that these categories should have this broad a scope.
