I don't think that this is proof of SP. The simplest explanation is that sometimes this person edited while logged-in, other times while logged-out. The many IP addresses could result from dynamic IP allocation (DHCP) by the Internet provider, and from multiple ISPs. WP has no prohibition against editing sometimes while logged-in, other times while logged-out. David Spector 14:56, 10 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

David apparently did not understand that Suspected Sockpuppet Lists like this one don't get established out of mere speculation. Had he examined relevant the user pages, talkpages and edit histories, he would have found that admins determined that PeterKlutz used these anon IP edits as sockpuppets to evade blocks and sanctions.
