As the talk title says, what exactly is the purpose of this 'category', other than arbitrarily list 'three' people? This appears more like some 'pet project' to justify this page, since I'm sure there are plenty other Polish 'sex offenders'. Prove me wrong, or make the effort to list EVERY [proven] sex offender, be it on charges of unlawful sex with a minor or violent rape, that were ever known in Poland, famous or otherwise. Unless this page is populated by ALL those who were EVER convicted of a sex crime, famous or otherwise, this page is utterly 'pointless'. 109.153.105.18 (talk) 13:37, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This cat should only hold people of Polish birth - which Polanski e.g. is NOT - & who are PRESENTLY registered as sex offenders IN Poland. Besides, '3 people' does NOT warrant an entire cat, of which one has no entry about any sex offence conviction at all, & Polanski does NOT belong there since he's French. 109.153.105.18 (talk) 00:34, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That's not how categories work. They are for anyone, past or present, who is notable for meeting the definitional requirements of the category. It is not limited to Polish persons currently "registered" as sex offenders. Not every Polish sex offender is included, however, because it is only for people who are notable as such. By not addressing my point, you keep the public in ill-information with this entry. I thought Wikipedia is supposed to be FACTUAL. IT IS NOT in this case. (Shared IP.) 81.151.4.133 (talk) 00:27, 14 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
