Is a festival considered a landmark?
[edit]I've noticed a handful of annual (very short term) festivals listed as "landmarks" in Montreal. I'd agree most are well know events, some even internationally known, but isn't a landmark a physical fixed location? Landmarks don't generally disappear and reappear. (e.g. firework displays, parades, outdoor music concerts)
Before I remove any others, I'd like to know what other people think (in fact if I was in error removing the two or three from this category, feel free to re-add them).--Apple2gs (talk) 05:09, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
How is Norgate a Landmark?!
[edit]how is the Norgate shopping strip a Montreal Landmark for God,s sake?! It's an ugly little strip mall with nothing historically or culturally relevant to it!
Thus I am removing it from that page if you don,t mind! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.71.250.185 (talk) 03:44, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
