Bad category as Ireland was not an independent state in WW1. PatGallacher (talk) 00:30, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Poland wasn't an independent country either but their aces are given the respect of being recorded in a category similar to that of the Irish aces. If there's a problem with the category it's that only 17 of the 41 Irish aces of WWI are so classified. JoeG1971 (talk) 23:51, 4 July 2012 (UTC)[User JoeG1971][reply]
