Should restore
[edit]Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2015_February_1#Category:Guinness_World_Records_winners gave no reason to close the discussion or delete the category.
Assuming 'winners' or 'holders' rejected as too exclusive, 'setters' is most inclusive, the bot that removed all should add back under this label and create category under this. 64.228.88.197 (talk) 05:25, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
