Additions

I've added Jacques Laffite, Patrick Depailler and Patrick Tambay to this category, but they need sorting out into alphabetical order, as does Jean-Pierre Jarier who should be under 'J' rather than 'P'. Also Max Jean and Jean Max are really the same driver! The confusion comes from the fact that he was entered in his lone GP as 'Jean Max' even though his real name was 'Max Jean'.
