TIPS was a school I attended early 70’s. It was in a Beautiful 2 1/2 storie home off of Montrose and west grime r has anyone heard of this school pls email me if you know anything about this school. I have tried to show my kids but can’t find anything about it. It was a special W. Herrera&yahoo.com
