Just a quick note here to explain the categoryredirect: there's a naming conflict happening for city subcategories in Category:Culture by city, with some categories using "Culture in City" while others use "Culture of City". In the case of Leeds, that conflict seems to have led to both "Culture in Leeds" and "Culture of Leeds" existing parallel to each other — but due to the larger naming conflict, I had to make an arbitrary choice which way to merge them. Since Category:Culture by city in England is specifically using "in" rather than "of", for the time being I chose to retain the "in" and outmerge the "of" — however, I have also submitted an RFC to resolve the naming conflict, and the Leeds category can and will be moved back to this name if that RFC settles on "of".
