I think this page would benefit from a subcategory "violin teachers" for those classical violinists who are either primarily known for their teaching instead of their performing, or who have made major contributions to the field of violin pedagogy. (I.e., people like Dorothy DeLay, Ivan Galamian, Leopold Mozart, Shinichi Suzuki, Leopold Auer, and Eugene Ysaye would all fall into this category).
