Splitting into subcats[edit]

This cat only has one subcat, Category:Cajuns currently, so I've split articles off into "Cajun culture", "Cajun language" and "Louisiana cuisine". Category:Cajun culture is further divided into several cats. I originally did all this just because I wanted a category Category:Cajun musical instruments, but I kinda gained momentum.
