[edit]Somehow didn't see this before I made a new category, but the new category is right. All three cases that were in here were interpreting the Presentiments Clause. Bicameralism could be the subject of its own category, but I suspect it is already covered by Category:United States separation of powers case law. lethargilistic (talk) 22:42, 15 December 2024 (UTC)
