Renaming
[edit]I think that this category is incorrect. I think it should be Artists' Books. Also, why do we need this category anyway? It seems like this is being used to list books by artists. Sue Maberry 17:28, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- Agreed. Listed for speedy renaming. --Quiddity 18:25, 10 April 2007 (UTC)
- And now the speedy rename has been completed, though I have my doubts whether the scope of this cat is adequately defined, and the present entries are all meant to be there or not.--cjllw | TALK 08:29, 17 April 2007 (UTC)
- Why plural? I'm using it for the characterization "Photo book", "Artists' books" - singular, plural... ! Bikkit ! (talk) 08:50, 9 December 2015 (UTC)

Name and confusion
[edit]I think a problem here is that there is no corresponding category for Artists monographs, ie, books of works of art by a particular artist. At least i cant find such a category. I may create one shortly.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 04:20, 10 October 2012 (UTC)
- A monograph is a work about a single artist, not by one. The category relates to the page on Artists' books. Consult that if you need to understand the criteria better.Franciselliott (talk) 13:58, 18 April 2013 (UTC)
