Treaties concluded or ratified by the 
British Virgin Islands (1962–). In most cases, treaties that are to apply to the British Virgin Islands are concluded and ratified by the government of the United Kingdom and extended to cover the British Virgin Islands; these are found in Category:Treaties extended to the British Virgin Islands. On select occasions, however, the government of the British Virgin Islands has been authorised to conclude and ratify treaties for itself. The British Virgin Islands was part of the British Leeward Islands from 1833–1958 and was part of the West Indies Federation from 1958–62.
