Carmelo Strano is an Italian philosopher, art critic and professor at Università degli Studi di Catania.[1]
Life
[edit]Born in Catania, Strano has collaborated with periodicals as Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Sole 24 Ore, Il Tempo. He is full professor of Aesthetics at University of Catania.[2]
One of Strano's books is titled Gli anni Settanta. Gli orientamenti dell'arte occidentale tra società, pensiero, tecnologia (Skira: 2005 ISBN 978-8876243271). He is a member of the Empathic Movement (Empathism).[3]
