Carla Rossi is the stage name of Anthony Hudson, an American entertainer based in Portland, Oregon.[1][2]
Early and personal life
[edit]Hudson was raised in Keizer, Oregon.[3] They are half German and half Native American.[4] They are a member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde and a descendant of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians.[5]
Careeer
[edit]Carla Rossi has been described as a "drag clown". They have overseen programming for Hollywood Theatre's Queer Horror series. In 2024, they hosted the variety drag show Ask Dr. Carla at PAM CUT's Tomorrow Theater.[6] They also participated in the Venice Biennale's opening festivities and climbed an art installation by Jeffery Gibson on the U.S. pavilion.[7][8]
