Cara Neo, professionally known as Syrena, or The Singapore Mermaid, is a professional mermaid from Singapore.[1][2][3]
Biography[edit]
She graduated with a B.A Honours in English Literature from the National University of Singapore.[1][2]
She founded the Singapore Mermaid School.[1][2] She has also established the Academy of Enchantment, a sister company specializing in luxury princess and custom character concept parties.[2]
