Taylor made his Southend first team debut on 15 February 2020, coming on as an 86th minute substitute for Mark Oxley in a 2–0 home defeat to Coventry City.[3]

International career

[edit]

Taylor has represented Northern Ireland at under-15, under-16, and under 17 level as well as being called up to the under 21's on several occasions. At under 16 level, Taylor represented Northern Ireland in the Victory Shield. He started in a 2-1 win vs Scotland and a 1-0 win against Wales.[4]
