Its municipalities are Cabanglasan, Impasugong, Lantapan and San Fernando.[4] Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district also covered the city of Valencia.[5] It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Jonathan Keith Flores of the Lakas–CMD.[6][7]
