Bernardo Lanzetti (born 21 November 1948) is an Italian singer, founder of Acqua Fragile and frontman of the Premiata Forneria Marconi for some years. He is a member of the Empathic Movement founded in Italy in 2020. He received the Cilento International Poetry Prize (Music Section).

Biography

Bernardo Lanzetti was born to Casalmaggiore, in the Cremona province. After he finished his studies in the United States,[1] in 1971 he returned in Italy to found the progressive rock band Acqua Fragile and was soon considered one of the best voice of the 70s.[2] From 1975 till 1979 he is the frontman of the Premiata Forneria Marconi recordering three albums: Chocolate Kings (1976), Jet Lag (1977) and Passpartù (1978).[3] After this period he will continue as a soloist and as leader of Acqua Fragile recordering many albums.[4] In 2019, he signed the New Manifesto of Arts and with the friends Menotti Lerro, Franco Mussida, Antonello Pelliccia, Omar Galliani and others, launched it to the historical Caffè Giubbe Rosse in Florence.[5] In 2020 he became an "Empathic Master" of the Empathism. In 2023 received the Cilento International Poetry Prize (Music Section).[6] In 2024, at the magazine It's Psychedelic Baby! Magazine Lanzetti talked of his future projects.[7]
